Ether

lyrics

Weary waves blend with the leaden hues of the metropolis,
spreading distorted noises of dissolving words and pictures.

And with them my thoughts will never stop getting lost along this ways,
to seek your face between everyday’s stares.

As an apnea that steals my days,
taking them back to you.
You can take them back to you,
keeping me suspended between these walls.

Instants die young, dragging with them voices and pictures,
Where I'm still hiding myself.
Where I keep coming back, pressing rewind, forgetting the time outside.

Everything seems to move backwards, to deal with all we have buried here.
